Three (3) NAFC Section Chiefs (Floreliz Avellana Shirley Pascua and Diana de los Santos, together with twenty-six employees from different DA bureaus and attached agencies, attended a two-day training on Negotiations Skills for the Middle Managers on March 18 to 19, 2013 at the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City. The training was aimed at providing the participants with negotiating concepts and techniques for them to apply principled negotiation at work. For the Training, the ATI partnered with the Performex, Inc., with Mr. Michael P. Joseph, Jr. as its facilitator.
